Job Description
Monitor and supervise the calculation of salary costs and procedures for monthly salary and bonus payments.
Synthesize and deploy monthly salary, bonus and benefit cost estimates
Deploy monthly and quarterly salary and bonus reporting systems for managers
Organize, organize, update and preserve salary records, promotion records, salary increase and salary reduction proposals, handover records upon termination of employment and other documents related to salaries.
Coordinate monitoring and management of the company’s welfare policy system
Support the development of appropriate welfare regimes for employees at the company.
Job Requirements
Male/Female, aged 28 to under 38
University degree or higher in human resource management
Understand labor law, personal income tax, social insurance…
Analytical, evaluation, and synthesis skills
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team
Ability to manage and organize work, and withstand work pressure.
Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
